1. Who sells
Reels Director is sold by Mikołaj Ślebzak, ul. F. Magellana 8/4, 80-288 Gdańsk, Poland, running an unregistered business activity (działalność nierejestrowana) under Polish law. Contact: hello@skillbasedbusiness.online.
2. What you buy
Reels Director is digital content: a skill for Claude, the render-ready project it builds reels in, a library of UI sounds, scripts for an optional AI voiceover and a frame-by-frame review, and a setup guide. It is delivered as a download, not on a physical medium.
To use it you need a paid Claude plan with Claude Code and a Mac, Windows or Linux computer with Node.js installed. The optional voiceover needs your own ElevenLabs account. Reels render with Remotion, which is free for individuals and companies of up to 3 people; larger companies need a Remotion company licence. These third-party services have their own terms and prices, which are not part of this purchase. SkillBasedBusiness is not affiliated with Anthropic.
3. Price and payment
The price is $49 (USD), paid once. There is no subscription. Checkout runs on Stripe Managed Payments: Stripe acts as the merchant of record for the payment, issues your receipt, and calculates and pays any sales tax or VAT. The price on this site does not include it; where it applies, it is added and shown at checkout before you pay. We never see your card details. For questions about the product itself, write to us.
4. Delivery
Right after payment you receive an email with a download link. The link stays valid for 7 days. If it expires or nothing arrives, write to hello@skillbasedbusiness.online and we will send a new one.
5. Your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that is not on a physical medium, this right ends once delivery starts, if you asked for immediate delivery and confirmed that you lose the right of withdrawal (Art. 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
Before checkout, next to the buy button, you tick a box to ask for immediate delivery and to confirm this; at checkout you also accept these terms. We confirm your consent in the email with your download link. Because the download is delivered immediately, purchases are not refundable on a change of mind.
Because Stripe is the merchant of record, Stripe (through Link support) may also handle payment questions and may grant a refund under its own rules. Nothing in these terms limits a refund Stripe grants you.
6. If it does not work
Reels Director must work as described on this site. If it does not, write to hello@skillbasedbusiness.online with what went wrong. We reply within 14 days. If we cannot make it work for you, you are entitled to the remedies the law gives you, including a refund. Your rights under the law on conformity of digital content are not limited by these terms.
7. What results to expect
Each reel is made by Claude from your brief, your brand and your files, so results depend on what you give it and on the Claude model you use. The example reels on this site were made with detailed briefs; the setup guide shows how to write yours. We do not promise any particular result, views or sales.
8. Licence
You may use Reels Director to make reels for your own business and for your clients, on as many projects as you like. The reels you make are yours. You may not resell, share or publish the skill files, the project or the sound library themselves.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in. Please write to us first; most problems are solved by email.
