Who is responsible

What we collect and why

• When you buy: your email address, name, country and the details of your purchase, so we can deliver Reels Director, send your receipt and handle support (to perform the contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and keep sales records required by tax law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). Stripe processes your payment; we never see your card number.
• When you write to us: your email address and what you write, to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).
• When you visit the site: our host keeps basic technical logs, such as IP address and browser, to run and protect the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This site does not use cookies or analytics.

Who processes it for us

Stripe handles checkout as merchant of record and processes your payment details as a separate controller under its own privacy policy. We also use Cloudflare (hosting, email forwarding and file delivery), Resend (sending purchase emails) and Google (our inbox). Some of them are based in the United States; transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Purchase records are kept for 5 years from the end of the year of the sale, as Polish tax law requires. Support emails are kept for as long as needed to help you, and no longer than that period.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, a copy of it, its correction or deletion, a restriction of its use, and you can object to its use. Write to hello@skillbasedbusiness.online. You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO, uodo.gov.pl).
